You will get 2 e-mails from us, first, to confirm your order, second e-mail to informing you when
the order has been shipped and scheduled delivery date. You will be provided with an UPS
tracking number to check the status and arrival of your shipment.

1-6 business days - see map below - we ship within 24 hours of your order

3 Day Select:  
3 business days (example - order Monday, by 12pm EST, ship Monday, arrive Thursday)
3 business days (example - order Monday after 12pm EST, ship Tuesday, arrive Friday)
2 Day Air:      
2 business days (example - order Monday by 12pm EST,  ship Monday, arrive Wednesday)
2 business days (example - order Monday after 12pm EST, ship Tuesday, arrive Thursday)
Next Day Air:
1 business day (example - order Monday by 12pm EST, ship Monday, arrive Tuesday)
1 business day (example - order Monday after 12pm EST, ship Tuesday, arrive Wednesday)
Saturday Delivery:
use next day air option (plus extra charge of UPS Saturday Delivery of $12.50 will be added)

We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes,
APO or FPO addresses or US territories.

Hawaii has the following shipping options:
small package: Ground           $ 29.00 approx
   2nd Day Air    $ 38.00 approx
   next Day Air   $ 64.00 approx
   (but no 3rd Day Air)



























Returns
Each gift collection is personally selected with greatest care in order to ensure that all products
are assembled, packaged and shipped in a safe and timely manner. But if you are not happy for
any reason with your purchase or gift, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. Please,
contact us and we’ll do our utmost to resolve the situation to your full satisfaction. We regret that
shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our error and that Blissful Balance can not be
liable for return items that are lost in transit.
Substitution Policy
In case substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gift choice,  we will
make every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice.
Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.
