We keep you informed!
You will receive two e-mails from us. The first, to confirm your order, and the second e-mail
informing you that the order has been shipped and its scheduled delivery date. A UPS tracking
number is provided, allowing you to check the status and arrival of your shipment.

Orders placed Saturday/Sunday will ship Monday.

1-6 business days - see map below - we ship within 24 hours of your order

3 Day Select:  
3 business days (example - order Monday, by 3:00 pm EST, ship Monday, arrive Thursday)
3 business days (example - order Monday after 3:00 pm EST, ship Tuesday, arrive Friday)
2nd Day Air:      
2 business days (example - order Monday by 3:00 pm EST,  ship Monday, arrive Wednesday)
2 business days (example - order Monday after 3:00 pm EST, ship Tuesday, arrive Thursday)
Next Day Air:
1 business day (example - order Monday by 3:00 pm EST, ship Monday, arrive Tuesday)
1 business day (example - order Monday after 3:00 pm EST, ship Tuesday, arrive Wednesday)

Saturday Delivery: (Available For Residential Deliveries)
MUST USE Next Day Air option,... Next Day Air Saver is NOT an option for Saturday Delivery

We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes,
APO or FPO addresses or US territories.

2nd Day Air    $ 45.00 approx
next Day Air   $ 69.00 approx

Returns
Each gift collection is personally selected with greatest care in order to ensure that all products
are assembled, packaged and shipped in a safe and timely manner. But if you are not happy for
any reason with your purchase or gift, you can return or exchange it within 30 days. Please,
contact us and we’ll do our utmost to resolve the situation to your full satisfaction. We regret that
shipping charges are not refundable unless it is our error and that Blissful Balance can not be
liable for return items that are lost in transit.
Substitution Policy
In case substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gift choice,  we will make
every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice.
Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.
